Baker City is a wonderful place to live and visit.  Beautiful scenery, excellent schools, great merchants, unlimited recreational opportunities, and clean, healthy, safe living conditions are among the many blessings that we enjoy.  Our most valuable asset is our citizens.  They are friendly, helpful, and consistently demonstrating a positive "can-do" approach to life. 

The City Council and Staff work well together in guiding the City steadily onward to a well-planned future that will include maintaining a quality of life that we now enjoy.  We are here to serve you.   Please do not hesitate to contact either the Council or staff with any concerns that you may have.  Your comments are valued and will be carefully considered.
