Community DevelopmentThe Community Development Department was created in partnership with the City of Baker City and Baker County to aid in managing and planning for the community's growth and development. We strive to create a business-friendly environment that fosters sustainability and encourages economic growth.
The Community Development Department currently oversees the Baker County Enterprise Zone and the Elkhorn View Industrial Park located in Baker City.
