•             A request by Marcie & Sam Haines, 15638 Neil Peck Lane, Haines, OR,  for a Conditional Use Permit to allow use of the residence at 1839 2nd Street, Baker City, OR as a Professional Office

• Public Hearing on Planning Commission Case No. 05-ZT-05

            A request by staff to amend the City’s development code for the Central-Commercial zone to allow the expanded use of  outdoor auto sales.

• Public Meeting on the  Interchange Area Management Plan

• Public Meeting on the Resort Street Plan
